Delhi started freedom cleaning campaign from garbage, CM broom

In Delhi, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Friday launched the cleanliness drive ‘Delhi to Litting’. CM Rekha Gupta cleaned the Women and Child Development Office at ISBT Kashmiri Gate as part of the campaign.

Now the capital Delhi will get freedom from garbage. On the initiative of the Delhi government, the freedom-freedom campaign from garbage has started for 1 month from Friday. Under this, special responsibilities have been given to all departments of MCD and zonal officers. At the beginning of the campaign, the offices have been cleaned.

Under this, old paper, furniture etc. will be sent for re-cycling. Two dustbins will be mandatory for wet and dried waste in every office. Every Saturday in August, a special campaign to clean the drains and remove garbage will run in slums every Saturday. More than 500 major commercial markets will be cleaned at night from 1 to 15 August.

Special campaign for cleaning and garbage removal

From August 4 to 14, public, community toilets, petrol pumps, restaurants and hotel toilets will be inspected and improved. Sorting of bushes around the parks, schools and surrounding cleaning on August 11-12, and on 1, 7, 14, 21 August, there will be a campaign to remove garbage along the railway tracks. There will also be construction and demolition waste collection on 4, 11, 18 August.

Chief Minister Rekha Gupta cleaned the Women and Child Development Office at ISBT Kashmiri Gate as part of “Delhi to Freedom” campaign. After conducting a cleanliness drive in the office, CM Rekha Gupta spoke of simplifying the West Disposse Tender Process.
