1. Prepare chena from milk: Boil milk. Turn off the gas and add lemon juice or vinegar and tear the milk. When the water is separated, then filter it with a muslin cloth. Wash with cold water and remove lemon sour and hang for 30 minutes so that all the water comes out.
2. Make chenna knee and balls: Mash the chena with the palm for 7-8 minutes until it becomes smooth. Then divide it into 10-12 equal parts and give an oval shape.
3. Make sugar syrup and cook balls: Boil sugar and water in a deep pot. Add cardamom. After boiling, add chhena balls and cover and cook on medium flame for 15-18 minutes. Turn off the gas and leave them in syrup for 1-2 hours.
4. Prepare Mawa’s stuffing: Bake the mawa lightly. Add ground sugar, cardamom powder and saffron to it. After cooling, divide it into small parts.
5. Fill the stuffing in Chamcham: Lightly rip the cooked gaps from the middle (do not cut it completely). Fill the stuffing of the mawa in every spoon. If you want, apply chopped almonds, pistachios or silver work from above.
