Material (Rakshabandhan Special, Chocolate Peda Recipe)
- Mawa / Khoya – 1 Cup (200 grams)
- Grieved Sugar – ½ cup
- Coco Powder – 2 Table Spoon
- Ghee – 1 table spoon
- Small cardamom powder – ½ tsp
- Dryfruits (finely chopped) – to decorate

Method (Rakshabandhan Special, Chocolate Peda Recipe)
1. First of all, add 1 table spoon ghee in a non-stick pan and heat it lightly. Now add mawa to it and fry it on medium flame for 5-6 minutes until it becomes light golden and aromatic.
2. By lower the flame, add cocoa powder and mix well. Now add ground sugar and cardamom powder to it. Keep stirring till the sugar dissolves.
3. When all things are mixed well, turn off the gas and let the mixer cool down slightly (so that it can handle). Now take a little mixture and give round or flat shape, like there are pedas.
4. Decorate with finely chopped dryfruits (almonds, pistachios etc.) from above. Put trees in the fridge for 15-20 minutes so that they are set.
