According to IndexTap documents Akshay and his wife Twinkle Khanna sold their plush apartment in the Oberoi Three Sixty West project located in Mumbai’s Worli for Rs 80 crore. This luxury property was one of the most talked-about transactions in the city’s real estate circles this year. What about his Borivali apartments? As per Square Yards documents Akshay sold multiple units in Oberoi Sky City Borivali (East). A 3BHK apartment measuring 1073 sq ft went for Rs 4.25 crore. Another 3BHK unit with two parking spaces fetched Rs 4.35 crore in March 2025. Two connected residential properties in the same complex sold for Rs 7.10 crore. Two more apartments were sold for Rs 6.60 crore in total — one priced at Rs 5.35 crore and the other at Rs 1.35 crore. Did he sell any commercial space? Yes. According to Hindustan Times Akshay sold his office located in One Place Lodha Complex Lower Parel for Rs 8 crore earlier this year. Why is this making news?
