Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan has reportedly leased four high-end apartments in Mumbais posh Bandra West area Pali Hill for Rs 24.5 lakh per month. According to sources the move is considered to be temporary as his own apartments at Virgo Housing Society are undergoing redevelopment.  Reports also claim that Aamir Khan owns about 12 flats in Virgo Society and will have to temporary leave the premises due to renewal project. Aamir Khan rents 4 apartments in Mumbais Bandra According to property registration documents accessed by Zapkey.com the actor signed a lease agreement spanning five years from May 2025 to May 2030 with a lock-in period of 45 months. The lease was registered on May 20 2025 with an agreement including a security deposit of over Rs 1.46 crore a stamp duty of Rs 4 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 2000. And the rent will increase by 5% annually during the tenure. Just 750 meters away from Shah Rukh Khans temporary residence The redeveloped Virgo complex is expected to feature lavish sea-facing residences cost above Rs 1 lakh per sq ft. Some of the new units in the renewed project are estimated to be worth over Rs 100 crore. Aamir Khans leased apartment is located in Wilnomona a high-end residential building just 750 meters away from Puja Casa currently where Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and his family are temporarily living as their original residence Mannat undergoes renovation. Apart from Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan Bandra is a home to many Bollywood biggies such as Salman Khan Javed Aktar Kareena Kapoor Khan Saif Ali Khan Alia Bhatt Ranbir Kapoor and Rekha.
