Holiday on 9th and 10th August

Banks will have a continuous holiday for three days.

The second long holiday of the month of August starts on 14th August. According to the holiday schedule of the Basic Education Council, Chehalum holiday has been declared on 14th August. After this, National Festival will be celebrated on 15th August, and Janmashtami holiday is on 16th August. Thus, the holiday starting from Thursday, 16th August will continue till Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Government offices, schools, and colleges will open only on Monday, 17th August. Whereas banks are closed from 15th August. Work will start again from Monday, 17th August.
