Passenger complaint: TTE could not vacate seat

He urged the passenger to send PNR number and mobile number to direct messages so that action can be taken as soon as possible on this complaint. Railway administration is also helpless due to crowd

Such incidents show that there is a great need to fix the arrangements in Indian Railways. Due to the huge crowd, TTEs are also unable to do something many times. Passengers traveling without tickets not only violate the rules but also obstruct the convenience of others.
