Sporting director Andrea Berta can potentially help Arsenal complete another marquee transfer through negotiating three exits. The Gunners have gone big this summer with six new signings acquired that has resulted in nearly £200million being spent.
In comparison to their business in this trading period last year, where an addition was only sanctioned after a first first-team exit went through, Arsenal have taken drastic action in the hope of finally winning a piece of silverware.
Viktor Gyokeres, Cristhian Mosquera, Noni Madueke, Christian Norgaard, Martin Zubimendi and Kepa Arrizabalaga are the players to have joined but as of yet, no outgoings have been sealed.

Fresh off closing in on a deal to sign Zubimendi back in February, football.london reported that Arteta wanted a new striker, wide forward, defender and back-up goalkeeper brought in and all of those aims have now been completed.
As such, it is no surprise that the focus has moved onto exits with Leandro Trossard, Oleksandr Zinchenko and Fabio Vieira as three players that could be moved on permanently. The latter is wanted by Bundesliga side Stuttgart with the hope £20million of the £34million spent to sign him can be recouped.
Over the next two years, Vieira would be set to earn £9.36m in wages with his deal running until 2027. The Ukraine international meanwhile, has seen transfer interest from Italy and Germany emerge, but no concrete offers have arrived yet.
With his current contract set to expire next summer, Arsenal will want to sell over the coming weeks with an eagerness to also get his £7.8million-per-year wages off the books. Trossard is another that has seen minimal serious links with other clubs.
The former Brighton man is one of the club's big earners as he takes in £110,000 per-week. As he has now entered the final 12 months of his contract, Arsenal could save themselves £5.72m by selling before September starts.
Even if Arsenal do not get the transfer fees they wish for those three names, freeing up some funds from wages not needing to be paid could be key to signing Rodrygo. According tojournalist Gary Jacob, the Gunners are waiting to see if Real Madrid will sanction a loan deal for the Brazilian.
If Berta receives positive indications that Rodrygo is available on a temporary basis, a deal in the latter stages of the window could be pursued. It will likely require his £10.8m yearly wages to be covered in full alongside a loan fee but both of those could be covered from Vieira, Zinchenko and Trossard all heading elsewhere.
Arsenal have already sanctioned a loan with Reiss Nelson expected to return to Fulham. That switch being made permanent has not been ruled out but it is likely that caution is being taken over that due to his injury issues.
It is possible that Nelson playing a certain number of minutes or making a particular amount of appearances could see a buy-obligation clause activated.
