Fry the vermicelli
First of all, heat ghee in a pan and add vermicelli to it and fry it on a low flame till it turns golden. After this, boil milk in a vessel. When the milk come to a boil, reduce the flame and let the milk cook till it thicens a little.
Cook the Vermicelli in Milk
Now add the roasted vermicelli to the milk and cook for about 8–10 minutes, and when it becomes soft, add sugar, chopped cashews, almonds, raisins, and cardamom power power to it. Cook it for another 5–7 minutes, and later add saffron and rose water.
