Make these 2 easy homemade chocolate sweets at home

Homemade Chocolates Recipe: �There is hardly anyone who does not like to eat chocolate. People like to eat chocolate on normal days, as well as eat it with great fervor on festivals. Diwali or Rakshabandhan, chocolate boxes are sold in the markets on all festivals. Rakshabandhan 2025 is coming and this is a great opportunity to make the festival special with homemade sweets. Instead of buying chocolate from the market, this time make your brother surprise by making chocolate at home. Today we are going to tell you the recipe of chocolate walnut fudge and soft chocolate mousse, which will give the sweetness of love in the festival of Rakhi. Its taste is not only fun, but will also include the sweetness of your love. Let’s know the recipe.

1. Chocolate Walnut Faz

(Recipe by Chef Sanjeev Kapoor)

Material:

15-20 walnuts

4 tablespoons butter

4 cups chopped dark chocolate

1 cup condensed milk

4 cup tight mawa/khoya

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the walnuts first.

2. Now heat a non-stick pan. Add butter and dark chocolate to it and cook on low flame till the chocolate melts.

3. When the chocolate melts well, add condensed milk to it and cook on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes.

4. Now add mawa and half chopped walnuts and mix well. Cook for 5-6 minutes.

5. Put this mixture in a glass tin, sprinkle the remaining walnuts and keep it aside for 2-3 hours. Cut into square pieces and your delicious recipe is ready.

2. Chocolate Mousse

(Recipe by Chef Kunal Kapoor)

Material:

One and a half cup dark chocolate

One and a half cup cream

One and a half cup whipping cream

4 tablespoons icing sugar

A few drops of vanilla extract

Grated chocolate for decoration

Method of preparation:

1. Melt the chocolate and 100 ml cream into a double boiler and remove it completely.

2. Now add whipping cream, sugar and vanilla extract and thicken until the foam comes.

3. Now add melted chocolate and add it to the cup.

4. Decorate with grated chocolate. When cooled, keep it in the fridge and serve.
