Infosys BPM, the business process management arm of Infosys, will conduct a walk-in interview for technology support specialist, system engineer, and AI/Gen AI technology roles at its JP Nagar office in Bengaluru on August 12. The interview will take place from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

The company is seeking candidates with 2–3 years of experience for full-time positions, holding a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Candidates must have knowledge and experience in AI model engineering, with proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++, Infosys BPM recruitment team said in a social media post.

This recruitment drive follows Infosys BPM's recent walk-in drives, including one exclusively for women. The company has been conducting interviews in various cities since January, hiring hundreds of people.

Infosys did not respond to an email seeking details of the hiring.

The latest hiring drive comes close to Infosys CEO Salil Parekh confirming his company's plan to hire about 20,000 graduates this year. In the April-June quarter of this year, the company hired over 17,000 people, and Parekh, according to reports, expects this momentum to continue.

The Infosys CEO’s comments come after rival Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced significant layoffs of over 12,000 people, the largest in India's IT sector this fiscal year. Despite this, Infosys remains focused on growth and talent acquisition.

The hiring drive will support ongoing and new projects, according to people familiar with the development. Infosys has also introduced a cash reward policy for senior employees conducting interviews for lateral hiring, focusing on skilled mid-level positions and boosting employee morale.
