The materials required:

  • Potatoes-3-5 (by long slices)
  • Corn floor – 1 tablespoon
  • Maida – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt – To taste
  • Miri Podd – 1 Tsp
  • Oil – to fry

For the sauce:

  • Oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic-3-5 petals (finely chopped)
  • Green Chilli – 1 (vertical chopped)
  • Onion – 1 (by slices)
  • Shimla Chilli – 1 (by slicing)
  • Tomato sauce – 1 tablespoon
  • Red Chile Sauce – 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce – 1 tsp
  • Honey – 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame – 1 tsp (roasted)
  • Water – 1 cup

Action

  • Sprinkle the potatoes and wash from the water. Wipe with a clean cloth.
  • In a bowl, add corn floor, flour, salt, pepper powder and add water and make a tight paste. Add potato slices to it and mix well.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry until the potatoes are crisp. Then draw on the tissue paper.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan. Add garlic, green chillies to it and return. Then add the onion and shim chilli and cook a little.
  • Add tomato sauce, red chile sauce, soy sauce, honey and a little water.
  • Put the fried potatoes into the sauce and toss well, so that the sauce is all the potatoes.
  • Serve with a roasted sesame seeds from above.
