Do not eat these vegetables in stomach problems – know what will be beneficial and what not

Stomach upset is a common problem, but if it is not taken care of at the right time, it can take a serious form. Sometimes some vegetables included in our diet increase the stomach problem. Let us know which vegetables should be distanced away and which things can relax the stomach.

Which vegetables should be avoided:

  • Cabbage and cauliflower – Can increase gas and blotting.
  • Bhendi and Arabic – The starch present in them slows down digestion.
  • Raw onion and garlic – Promote acidity and gas.
  • Green chilly – Stomach irritation can increase.

What should we eat:

  • Gourd, zucchini and pumpkin – Easy digested and light vegetables.
  • Boiled potatoes – Relax the stomach and also give energy.
  • Carrot and beetroot – Easy to digest and rich in nutrition.

Additional Tips:

  • Avoid spicy and oily food.
  • Drink sufficient amount of water.
  • Take light and small miles during the day.
