Chakan: Pune’s Chakan area witnessed a tragic accident on Monday, August 11, when a pickup van carrying women and children plunged 25 to 30 feet down a slope, killing seven people and injuring several others.
According to Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime) Dr Shivaji Pawar, the victims were residents of Phaphalwadi village in the Mahalunge MIDC Police Station limits.
