Health Desk. Nature has given us many superfoods which are very beneficial for health. One of them is – Dates. Date is not just a delicious fruit, but it is rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber. If you make a habit of eating only 4 dates daily, then it is possible to prevent many serious diseases.
