Haryana Public Service Commission has invited applications for the posts of Assistant District Attorney. Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has released the recruitment notification for the posts of Assistant District Attorney (ADA) in the Prosecution Department. A total of 255 posts will be filled under this recruitment. If you have studied law and are dreaming of a government job, then this is a golden opportunity for you. The application process will start from 13 August 2025 and will run till 02 September 2025.
Talking about the qualification for this post, the candidate should have a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university in India. Along with this, it is necessary to have studied Hindi or Sanskrit language till 10th and the candidate should be registered as an advocate in the Bar Council. What is the age limit
The age limit has been kept at a minimum of 21 years and maximum of 42 years. Reserved categories will get relaxation in age limit as per the rules. SC and ST candidates will be given a relaxation of 5 years and OBC candidates will be given a relaxation of 3 years.

The selection process will be completed in three stages, first there will be a screening test, then a subject test and finally an interview.
How much salary will be given?
Candidates who pass all these stages will get a monthly salary ranging from Rs 53,100 to Rs 1,67,800, along with other allowances and facilities.
This much application fee will have to be paid
To apply, general category candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 1000, while for EWS, OBC and female candidates of Haryana state, the fee has been fixed at Rs 250. The fee can be paid online.
