Ingredients
Flour – 1 cup
Boiled Noodles – 1 Cup
Potato boiled – 2
Onion chopped – 1
Capsicum – 1
Cabbage cut – 1/4
Green chili chopped – 1 table spoon
Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
Shejwan Sauce – 2 Table Spoon
Tomato Sauce – 3 Table Spoon
Cheese – 1/4 cup
Paneer Grandkas – 1/4 Cup
Oil – required
Salt – as per taste
Recipe
First of all, put maida in a vessel. Add a teaspoon of oil, salt and water as per taste and knead soft.
After this, cover the flour with a cloth and keep it aside. Now peel them with boiled potatoes and mash them in the mixing bowl.
Now add chaat masala, chopped green chillies and salt to the potato. After this, take kneaded flour and make dough in the same proportion.
After this, make thin rotis from the dough and roast them. Now take a pan and add 1 tablespoon oil to it and let it heat on medium flame.
When the oil is hot, add finely chopped onion, cabbage, capsicum and roast it till it becomes soft.
– Vegetables may take 3-4 minutes to soft. Now fry it by adding boiled noodles, black pepper and salt as per taste.
After this, take them out in a vessel and keep them separate. Now take a nonstick pan/tava and roast the flour rotis in it.
After this, keep the roti in a flat place and put the shejwan sauce, boiled potato mixture, noodles mixture, grated cheese, cheese and tomato sauce.
After this, roll the rotis. Then rap the roll in aluminum fayal. Similarly, prepare rolls with all rotis and stuffing.
