Haryana Public Service Commission has issued an official notification for the recruitment of Assistant District Attorney in the Prosecution Department. Under the notification issued, a total of 255 posts of Assistant District Attorney will be recruited. Candidates who want to apply for the post of Assistant District Attorney can apply for these posts from August 13 by visiting the official website www.hpsc.gov.in. Apart from this, the last date to apply for these posts and deposit the fee has been fixed as 02 September 2025.

Essential Qualification

To apply for this post, the candidates must have completed a graduation in law from a recognized institute in India. Also, till class tenth, one should have studied in Hindi or Sanskrit. To apply, it is also necessary that the candidate be registered as an advocate in the Bar Council.

Application Fee

To apply, candidates have to deposit Rs 1000 as an application fee. The application fee for EWS, OBC, and female candidates of Haryana state has been fixed at Rs 250.

Age limit
The age of the candidates to apply should not be less than 21 years, and the maximum age should not be more than 42 years. Also, age relaxation will be provided to the candidates of the special category. SC and ST candidates will be given 5 5-year relaxation in the age limit, and OBC candidates will be given 3 3-year relaxation in the age limit.

Selection will be done like this.
The candidates will be selected on the basis of a screening test, subject test and interview. The candidates selected for this post will be given a salary of Rs 53,100 to Rs 1,67,800 per month.
