What did the Agriculture Minister say?

On the social media post, the Agriculture Minister said that farmers who have not received the money need not worry. He said that about 8 crore farmers will be given the amount later. This scheme is a boon for farmers in case of a disaster.

At the same time, he said that if the insurance company makes any kind of deal on depositing the money, then it will have to pay 12 percent interest. This money will come into the account of the farmers. The government has made strict rules on its behalf, so that farmers can get the claim money on time.

Step-by-step process

Step 1- First of all, you have to go to the official website of PM Bima Kisan Yojana.

Step 2- After logging into the website, you have to go to its home page.

Here you go to the Farmer Corner option given.

Step 3- Now you will get OTP by entering the registered mobile number and captcha code here. Enter it.

Step 4- Now, here you click on Kisan Claim Status or Application Status.

Step 5- Then carefully fill in the details asked here, like policy number, Aadhaar number, etc.

Step 6- Finally the status will be shown in front of you.
