On 15 August (Independence Day), only a few districts of West, North-Eastern and North-Eastern Bihar may receive light rain. Whereas there will be thunderstorms in some places in districts like Patna, Buxar, Bhojpur, Siwan, Vaishali, Darbhanga and Madhubani. At the same time, it is likely to be limited to one or two places in South-Central and South-Eastern Bihar.
