Bihar Voter ID Controversy: The Supreme Court was heard for the second consecutive time in the SIR case of the voter list in Bihar. The court said that this process is voter friendly and if all 11 documents were sought, it would be considered against voters.

Bihar Voter List Case: The petitions filed against the special intensive revision of Bihar's voter list were heard in the Supreme Court on Wednesday for the second consecutive day. On the third day, the case will be heard from 11 am. In the second day's hearing, some important issues emerged, which can play an important role in determining the condition and direction of special intensive revision of the case and voter list. In the second day's hearing, the Supreme Court commented that Bihar's voter list (SIR) is a voter friendly. The Supreme Court also said that if the Election Commission had asked voters to submit all 11 documents, we would have considered it against the voters.

'Voter card is the best identity card'

Voter card is the best identity card, it is not included. Aadhaar, which is available with everyone, is also not included in it. Only 1.1-2 percent people will get passport in Bihar. No one will get a residence certificate, who do not have land, how will they get property documents. Abhishek Manu Singhvi also said that such an action of the Election Commission in Assam can go into a foreign tribunal, but there is no such tribunal in Bihar.

'Understand your arguments about Aadhaar'

On this, Supreme Court Justice Suryakant said that the affected person can go to the High Court. Justice Bagchi told Singhvi that we consider your plea about Aadhaar, but if you see a list of valid documents to ensure citizenship, it seems convenient for the voter.

Sir voter friendly

Special voter revision (SIR) case was heard in the Supreme Court for the second consecutive day. During the hearing on Wednesday, the Supreme Court made an important comment. The country's Supreme Court said- 'SIR is voter friendly. It is not against voters. It is friendly to the people of Bihar and Bihar.

It is not right to discredit the people of Bihar

The Supreme Court commented about Bihar- 'Many people of Bihar are in administrative service. Whether IAS, IFS or IPS talk. People of Bihar are in the country's prestigious administrative service. The people of Bihar are educated. they are serious.' The court said that even today the people of Bihar dominate the administrative service. In such a situation, it would not be right to defame the people of Bihar.
