Makhane Kheer
Makhane kheer is a delicious and nutritious dessert, especially made on the occasion of fast or festivals. Here is the simple method of making makhan kheer:
Material:
1 cup makhana, 2 cup milk, 1/2 cup sugar (as per taste), 1 tbsp ghee, 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder, 1/4 teaspoon saffron (optional), 1 tbsp cashewish or almonds (optional)
Method:
– Heat ghee in a pan and fry the makhana until golden.
– Heat the milk in a separate pan and cook until it comes to a boil.
– Mix the roasted makhana in milk and cook for 5-7 minutes.
– Add sugar and mix well.
– Mix cardamom powder and saffron (if using).
– If using, mix cashews or almonds in the makhan kheer.
– You can serve makhana pudding hot or cold.
Falahari barfi There is a delicious and nutritious dessert, which is made on the occasion of fast or festivals. Here is the simple method of making Falahari Barfi:
Material:
– 1 cup cashew nuts, 1/2 cup almonds, 1/4 cup pistachios, 1/4 cup coconut powder, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tbsp ghee, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder, 1/4 teaspoon saffron (optional)
Method:
– Heat ghee in a pan and fry it lightly by mixing coconut bad.
– Mix dry fruits powder and mix well.
-Mix the sugar and mix well.
– Mix cardamom powder and saffron (if using).
-Spread the melody on a flat surface and shape the barfi.
– Let the barfi cool down and then cut it.

Material:

Method:
– Tie the curd in a clean cloth and hang it and let it drain it.
– Grind the bored curd in a mixer and make it smooth.
– Mix sugar and mix well.
– Mix cardamom powder and saffron (if using).
– Keep the mixture in the fridge to cool down.
