Mulberry Sharbat Recipe: �If you want to keep the body fresh in the midst of hot heat, then drink mulberry syrup. Mulberry is tremendous in terms of nutrition and its intake gives great benefits to the body. Its syrup helps to keep the body cool. Along with this, it also relieves stomach problems. The more tasty in the mulberry food, the more tasty its syrup is. It is easy to make this drink full of nutrition. Significantly, mulberry has high fiber content, which helps in improving digestion. It is found in abundance of vitamin C and antioxidants, which strengthen immunity. It contains potassium, which controls high blood pressure. Mulberry is low calorie and high fiber, which is helpful in weight loss.

Co -ordination

250 grams of mulberry

250 grams sugar

1 glass water

1 lemon

Black salt as per taste

Recipe

To make mulberry syrup, first wash and clean the mulberry.

After this, add water and sugar to a pan and boil it.

– Sugar syrup will be ready in 5 minutes. After the sugar syrup is made, add mulberry to it for 5 minutes.

– When the mulberry boils well, turn off the gas and leave the vessel to cool down.

When the sugar syrup becomes cold, filter this mixture with the help of sieve.

– Add lemon juice and black salt to it. Mulberry syrup is ready.

– Keep it in the fridge for some time, then serve.
