On a recent episode of The Joe Rogan Experience, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) claimed she has personally reviewed classified photographs of aircraft “not made by mankind” and said the phenomena may involve “interdimensional beings” that can move “outside of time and space”, concepts she says echo descriptions in missing biblical texts.
Luna, who chairs the House Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, told Rogan that the material she’s seen is “very advanced” and “beyond our current capabilities,” comparing it to how a caveman would perceive a modern smartphone.
She said that she has not witnessed portals or alien craft in action, but has seen photographic evidence and heard testimony she finds credible from military personnel and other insiders.
“They call them interdimensional beings,” Luna said. “They’re able to move in ways that don’t make sense with our current understanding of physics… moving outside of time and space.”
She suggested ancient writings, including apocryphal or “missing” books of the Bible, might have recorded similar encounters in pre-modern terms.
The congresswoman also pointed to whistleblower reports and incidents at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida, accusing defense contractors and unelected officials of hiding critical technology and restricting access even for elected representatives.
She warned that such secrecy risks undermining public trust, particularly if the information involves back-engineered technology from non-human sources.
Rogan pressed Luna on whether the government was in direct contact with such beings. Luna did not confirm such contact but implied that the accumulated evidence, from unexplained aerial movements to consistent whistleblower accounts, suggests something “we cannot explain within our current understanding of reality.”
