Bihar Heavy Rain Alert: In Bihar today, on 15 August 2025, the Meteorological Department (IMD) issued a yellow alert in 18 districts of North Bihar and southeastern parts. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of strong thunderstorms and falling in these districts. Khagaria, Kishanganj, Jamui, Saharsa, Nawada, Nalanda, Bhagalpur, Katihar, Purnia, Patna, Jehanabad, Gayaji, Araria, Supaul, Madhepura, Sheikhpura, Banka, Munger and Begusarai are under the alert.
The capital Patna will be partially cloudy throughout the day today. According to the Meteorological Department, one or two places can occur and lightning may occur.
