The right way to bathe

Acharya Balakrishna says, first wash hands and feet while bathing. Gently pour the water on the body and finally put on the head. Never pour hot or cold water on the head as it can cause damage to the head and brain. Apart from this, Acharya Balakrishna says that if possible, take a bath and take a bath, but if you are taking a bath, then first wash hands and feet, then put water on the body.
