HDFC Bank announced on Friday that a planned system will be maintained at the end of this month. This maintenance will run from 11:00 am on the night of 22 August 2025 to 6:00 am on August 23, 2025, ie a total of 7 hours.
During this time, customer care services like phone banking IVR, email support, social media channels, chat banking and SMS banking will not be available. However, in the event of losing an account or card/fraud, services will be available on the toll-free number given for hotlisting. Customers can continue their transactions through digital channels like phone banking agent service, and net banking, mobile banking, payzapp and mycards during this period.
The bank said that this is being done to increase the capacity of the maintenance system and give better banking experiences. HDFC Bank expressed gratitude for the cooperation of customers, saying that these upgrade will further strengthen the credibility of services in future.
