Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan, currently making headlines for his latest release War 2, has expanded his real estate investments in Mumbai. His company, HRX Digitech LLP, co-owned with his father Rakesh Roshan, has purchased three prime office units in Chandivali for a whopping ₹31 crore.

According to property data platform Propstack, official registration documents reveal that the new offices are located on the first floor of the well-known Boomerang Building in Andheri East. The sellers of these units are Manish Krishnagopal Bajari, Shalini Manish Bajari, and Bajspace Private Limited.

The transaction was officially registered on July 9, 2025. The three office spaces together span an impressive 13,546 sq ft. The deal also included a stamp duty payment of ₹1.86 crore and a registration fee of ₹30,000.

This latest purchase marks yet another addition to HRX Digitech’s growing presence in the Boomerang Building. The location is a sought-after corporate hub in Mumbai, offering premium office facilities and excellent connectivity to business districts.

Interestingly, this isn’t Hrithik Roshan’s first real estate investment in this building. In September 2024, HRX Digitech had already acquired five office units on the fifth floor of the same complex. That earlier deal, worth around ₹37.75 crore, covered a total area of 17,389 sq ft and included a stamp duty of ₹2.26 crore along with a registration fee of ₹30,000.

Industry experts note that repeated acquisitions in the same building indicate a strategic investment plan, possibly aimed at consolidating the company’s operations in one prime location.

HRX Digitech LLP, associated with the actor’s activewear brand HRX, appears to be strengthening its physical office presence in Mumbai. While Hrithik Roshan is better known for his blockbuster films, his foray into the business and investment space shows a clear interest in long-term asset building.

The Boomerang Building’s modern architecture, ample parking, and proximity to the international airport make it a preferred choice for corporates, startups, and tech companies alike. With multiple floors now under its name, HRX Digitech is positioned to either expand its in-house teams or lease the spaces to other firms.

Apart from his business ventures, Hrithik Roshan remains one of Bollywood’s most bankable stars. His latest film, War 2, released on August 14, 2025, and features a star-studded cast including Kiara Advani, Jr. NTR, Anil Kapoor, and Ashutosh Rana, with Bobby Deol making a cameo appearance.
