Large square pieces of cheese-20-25
Besan roasted – 1/4 cup
Parsley – 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste-1 Table Spoon
Chaat Masala – 1/2 tsp
Oil – as per need
Salt – as per taste
First, take the cheese and cut it 2-2 inch wide square pieces. After this take a big mixing bowl.
– Add roasted gram flour, red chili powder, parsley, 2 tsp oil, ginger garlic paste and salt and mix well.
Now add 3-4 tablespoons of water to this mixture and mix well.
– Now add cheese pieces to this mixture prepared and mix them with light hands and leave it for some time to marinate.
Take a deep bottom pan and add oil to it and heat it on medium flame. When the oil is hot, add some pieces of marinated cheese and deep fry.
– Fluce the cottage pieces of cheese so that they get well roasted from both sides and their color becomes golden.
– It will take 2-3 minutes to cook the cheese well. After this, take them out in a plate.
Similarly, deep fry all the pieces of mirronized cheese. Amritsari Paneer Tikka is ready. Keep it in a plate and serve hot by spraying chaat masala on top.
