Method (Janmashtami 2025, Dry Fruit Laddu Recipe)
1. Put a little ghee in a pan and fry almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios lightly. After roasting, let it cool down and then grind them coarsely. Do not make powder.
2. Finely chop the seedless dates or grind light coarsely in a food processor. It will work to tie laddus, so do not make more wet paste.
3. Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in a pan. First of all add raisins and take it out as soon as the bloated. Now add dates and fry for 1-2 minutes so that it becomes a little soft. Then add all the coarse nuts, raisins and cardamom powder. Mix well and keep stirring for 3-4 minutes.
4. When the mixture cools down slightly (hot tolerated by hand), make laddus with a little ghee in your hand. Apply a little roasted sesame or melon seeds on top.
