Heavy Rainfall Warning in Rajasthan: The monsoon in Rajasthan has once again caught up. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert for heavy rainfall in 28 districts of the state. Except Ganganagar, Hanumangarh, Churu, Jhunjhunu and Sikar, all other districts have been expected to rain for three consecutive days from Monday.
According to the Meteorological Department, many parts of Udaipur, Kota and Jodhpur divisions can see strong rains during the next 72 hours. In many areas, heavy to very heavy rainfall has also been warned. There will be a risk of waterlogging in the low -lying areas due to continuous rains. The administration has issued an alert in the respective districts and advised people to be vigilant.
Due to the weather experts say that due to the low-pension area and back-to-back monsoon system built in the Bay of Bengal, the rain activities in the state will be fast till next week. Due to the influence of these systems, there are chances of heavy rain in eastern Rajasthan as well as southern and western districts.
Kharif crops can benefit from continuous rains, but due to excess rain, the problem of waterlogging in the fields can also arise. Raw houses are at risk of damage in rural areas. At the same time, traffic can be disrupted by filling water on roads in urban areas. Municipal corporation and disaster management parties have been placed on alert mode in big cities like Jaipur, Jodhpur and Kota.
