She also boasts a perfect record in WTA 1000 finals, having won her previous two in Rome and Dubai. With her aggressive baseline play and improved consistency she will look to push Swiatek out of rhythm and clinch the title.

Iga Swiatek and Jasmine Paolini have faced each other five times, with Swiatek winning all of them to hold a 5-0 lead in the head-to-head. This will be Paolini’s third WTA 1000 final while Swiatek is appearing in the 13th.
