Ingredients to make curd temper:

Yogurt – 1 cup, oil – 2 tablespoons, asafetida – 1/4 teaspoon, cumin – 1/2 teaspoon, mustard seeds – 1/2 teaspoon, curry leaves – 5-6, dry red chilli – 2, finely chopped onion – 1, finely chopped green chillies – 1, 1 spoon – 1 spoon – 1 spoon, finely chopped garlic – 3-3 kadhi, redness, redness Chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon, coriander leaf finely chopped, salt – as per taste

How to make yogurt

  • First step: To make curd tempering, first of all take curd in a vessel and whisk it well so that there is no lump in it. Now, mix some water in curd and dilute its consistency slightly. Mix salt as per taste and keep the curd batarn aside.
  • Another step: Now turn on the gas and place a pan on it and add 2 teaspoons of oil to it. When the oil is hot, add asafoetida, cumin, curry leaves and mustard seeds. As soon as these spices start crackling, add dry red chili garlic and fry it till it becomes golden. Now after this, finely chop the onion and fry it till it turns golden brown and add turmeric powder and red chili powder and mix immediately so that the spices do not burn.
  • Third step: Now add the watched curd and mix well with a spoon. Garnish by adding finely chopped coriander leaves on top. Your delicious and instant ‘curd tadka’ is ready. Serve it with hot rice and taste it.
