Hrithik Roshan, Jr NTR and Kiara Advani’s War 2 has turned out to be a big flop at the box office with diminishing collections with each passing day.
The Ayan Mukerji directorial failed to generate excitement among the audiences and that was visible during its ordinary advance booking and its failure to achieve a record-breaking opening day.
The official 4-day biz of War 2 now stands at Rs 300 crore at the worldwide box office with Rs 196.50 crore net coming from India.

While the makers have not released the day wise biz, according to trade website Sacnilk, War 2 collected Rs 52 crore on day one in India and the biz witnessed a spike on day two which was Independence Day as it made Rs 57.85 crore.
It seemed that War 2 may have managed to attract the audiences but on day three, the biz dropped with just Rs 33.25 crore and day four it made only Rs 32.65 crore despite being a Sunday.
After the 4-day weekend, War 2 crashed on the first Monday earning just Rs 8.75 crore and on the first Tuesday i.e. day six, despite discounted ticket prices, the biz failed to grow and the film made Rs 8.35 crore.
The six-day biz of the film as per the website now stands at Rs 193 crore. It is expected to hit Rs 250 crore by the end of its lifetime run in India and around Rs 350 crore at the worldwide box office.
Not Just War 2, Coolie Suffers Crash In Collections As WellThe other major release of the week, Coolie too witnessed a crash in box office collection as after earning a big Rs 65 crore on day one, the Rajinikanth starrer has been on a downward spiral at the domestic box office.

It made Rs 54.75 crore on day two, Rs 39.50 crore on day three, Rs 35.25 crore on day four, Rs 12 crore on day five and a poor Rs 9.51 crore on day six.
The six-day domestic biz of Coolie now stands at Rs 216 crore and it won’t be a surprise if by the end of its run, the Nagarjuna starrer gets below War 2 in India.
The official 4-day worldwide biz of Coolie stands at Rs 404 crore.
