Considering the petition, the court has sent a notice to Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi asking them to appear in the court and present their case.

'Jolly LLB 3' will be released on 19 September 2025. The director of this film is Subhash Kapoor. Alok Jain and Ajit are the producers of the dark film. Apart from Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi, Saurabh Shukla, Amrita Rao, Huma Qureshi, Annu Kapoor and Boman Irani will also play an important role in the film. The film is a sequel to the 2013 'Jolly LLB' and 2017 'Jolly LLB 2'.
