Mumbai: Popular Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar’s son Yash was recently seen flaunting a T-Shirt with ‘Nepo Baby’ written on it.

When Karan asked his son if he knows what ‘Nepo baby’ means, he said he knows what it means but he doesn’t want to be launched.

Karan took to his Instagram handle on Saturday to share the hilarious video of his son.

“Oh my god, do you know what this t-shirt says, that you are nepo baby?” KJo asked.

To this, Yash quipped, “Yeah, but I don’t want to be launched!” and runs away.

“What! Who is launching you anyway?” added a surprised Karan.

However, the filmmaker didn’t reveal the name of the person who gifted the T-shirts to his kids.

He captioned the video as, “He has a mind of his own. I am HAPPY!!! Ps..T shirts gifted to the twins by •••••• (oops she made me promise I won’t tell).”

Karan welcomed his kids, Yash and Roohi, via surrogacy in February 2017.

Speaking about being a single parent and its challenges on Pinch By Arbaaz KhanBottom of Form, Karan said, “I am a single parent, and it comes with its own set of challenges. But that doesn’t mean that a woman and a man have different roles to play. Like I think that’s very stupid. Cause that’s an old-world thinking. And I feel like enough love to give my child. And also, I have a mother at home who they call mumma.”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Karan’s last release was ‘Rocky Aur Rani kii Prem Kahani’ in 2023.

He will next be donning the director’s hat in 2026.
