People like eating poha for breakfast. Poha is a famous dish of Madhya Pradesh. In Ujjain, the city of Mahakal, you will get to eat Poha Jalebi’s breakfast throughout the day. The taste of Ujjain’s poha is different. It is very soft and not even for the name of oil. Poha’s light sour sweet taste makes it even more fun. If you want to make a poha like Ujjain at home, then make a poha with this recipe and eat it once. You will get the taste that comes in the poha of Ujjain.

Ujjain’s poha recipe

First step- You have to take a thin poha for this. First of all, soak Poha in water. The more Poha will flow in the water, the more Milayam will also be made. Now remove some water water and keep it on the side.

Second step- Cut 1 onion for poha. 2 Cut a little thick green chili thick. Take curry leaves, coriander leaves. Take rye, fennel and standing coriander. Now add 1 teaspoon of oil to a pan or pan.

Third step- Add mustard, fennel and standing coriander to the oil. Add curry leaves, green chillies, salt and some turmeric on top. Now fry them a little. If the poha is swollen, add half a teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of sugar to it.

Fourth step- Now mix the puffed poha in this spice and mix all the things well. Cover the poha with a plate for a while. Serve finely chopped green coriander, lemon juice, roasted peanuts and sev.

Fifth step- People with street put Poha on a plate above a warm water after mixing it in spices. This keeps the poha warm with steam and there is also moisture in it. This poha is given raw onion, coriander and sev from above.
