More than 4000 workers returned so far
Bihar News: The Department of Revenue and Land Reforms (Directorate of Land Records and Circle) extended the last opportunity till 5 pm on 03 September, extending the deadline for special survey contract workers to return from the strike. The department has made it clear that after this date, the deadline of contribution will not be extended under any circumstances nor will the personnel returning after the said date be considered on the work.
It has been told by the Directorate that from August 16, on the call of the so -called union, Special Survey Assistant Settlement Officer, Special Survey Kanungo, Special Survey Amin and Special Survey Clerk were on strike. Meanwhile, after the continuous appeal and strictness by the department, more than 4000 contract workers have contributed to their settlement offices by the time of 30 August. The contribution of all has also been accepted by the department.
The department has also clarified that the opportunity to contribute by September 03 will only be valid for those personnel whose order to terminate service has not yet been issued. Separate service is being taken against the personnel who have been found involved in indiscipline during the strike. According to the Directorate, many striking personnel have written a written complaint that they are being threatened by their own colleagues for expressing their desire to return from the strike and pressurizing them and pressurizing them to remain on strike.
Such complaints have been taken seriously and strict action is being taken against those found guilty. The department has appealed to the personnel not to get into any kind of pressure or rumor and protect their services by contributing within the stipulated time of September 03. At the same time, a message has also been given that strictness is being taken at the administrative level to save the personnel returning from the strike from any kind of problems.
