Lucknow: In the holy month of Rabi-ul-Awaal, a sheet will be offered by the National President of Samajwadi Party and former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Akhilesh Yadav at the world famous Piran Kaliyar Sharif Dargah located in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. The event will be a great opportunity to promote Sufi traditions and Ganga-Jamuni Tehzeeb.
On this special occasion, many major Sufi saints like Samajwadi Party leaders Majid Siddiqui (Muzaffarnagar), Sufi Kamal Uddin Khushal Saheb and Haji Akil Sabri (Sambhal) will participate. Apart from this, many socialist leaders and social workers will also attend the program. These include former MP Qadir Rana, former District Panchayat member Abdullah Rana, social worker Arshad Rahi, media in -charge Sajid Hasan, former Metropolitan President Ansar Ananti, social worker Zafar Iqbal, Vice President of Bharatiya Kisan Union Umair Siddiqui, Sameer Siddiqui, Faisal Siddiqui, Arshad Sikander, Rafi Khairi Mir and Danish Siddiqui.
Samajwadi Party officials said that this chadarpaoshi program is being organized with the aim of strengthening Ganga-Jamuni Tehzeeb, promoting mutual brotherhood and spreading the message of peace in the society. The event not only holds religious significance, but also encourages social unity.
