Baba Ramdev says that if we wake up early in the morning and start the day with yoga, pranayama and mild workout, then energy remains in the body and diseases do not even close. According to him, by doing pranayam like Kapalbhati, Anulom-Vilom and Bhastrika daily, the lungs are strengthened and the functioning of the heart is better.

Adopt native food

Emphasizing food, Baba Ramdev says that people should leave packed and junk food and adopt fresh and native food. He told that seasonal fruits, green vegetables, sprouted grains and desi ghee are nectar for the body. At the same time, adequate amount of water should be drunk throughout the day, so that toxic elements keep coming out of the body.

Eat light food at night

Baba also told that small changes in food can bring big benefits. For example- instead of lying immediately after eating, walking for a while, drinking lukewarm water on an empty stomach in the morning, using jaggery and honey instead of sugar, and eating light food at night is very beneficial for health.

According to Ramdev, stress and negative thinking causes as much damage to the body as wrong catering. For this, meditation, yoga and bhajan-sankirtana should be included in the routine. He told that if people balance yoga and natural diet with modern lifestyle, then not only can serious diseases be avoided but also long life and happy life can be found.
