  • Mix this solution well and keep it covered for two hours, so that the batter swells and becomes soft.

  • First heat ghee or refined oil.
  • Put the batter with a spoon and make it round and round.

  • Now make a thin syrup by mixing a cup of jaggery and two cups of water to make Malpuy sweet.
  • Now put the fried Malpua in it.
