1. Swelling in Feet & Ankles:

4. Suddenly severe pain or cramps (while walking especially):

Pain or cramps while walking in the feet can be a sign of peripheral artery disease (PAD), which is directly associated with heart diseases.

Constant heaviness, fatigue or stretch in the nerves should also not be ignored.
