Method of making jalebi

Jalebi recipe: You must have eaten jalebis many times, but today we will tell you a special recipe so that you will be able to make crisp and delicious jalebis at home. These jalebis would be completely pure and uninterrupted, whom children and elders will like. Let’s know how to make it.

Ingredients: 900 grams of cheese, 4 teaspoons rice flour, 3 kg sugar, 6 tablespoons flour, 2 teaspoons of cardamom powder, 3 liters of water, 450 grams of ghee, 2 tablespoons of water, 4 tablespoons cream, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp Jafran.

Method: First of all add 4 teaspoons of ghee and cheese in a pot. Then filter flour, baking powder and rice flour and filter it. Make two wire syrup by mixing cardamom powder, jafran, 2 teaspoons of ghee, 1 tbsp water and sugar in a separate pan. Heat ghee in a large fry pan. Fill a mixture in a chakor cloth and make a jalebi size in ghee. When the jalebi turns light red, put it in the syrup. Leave it in sugar syrup for 5 minutes so that the jalebi juice is absorbed. Then take out and serve it after cooling.

Recipe for making cheese korma

Paneer Korma Recipe: 1 kg of fresh cheese, 100 grams of onion, 15 green chillies, 2 teaspoons red chili powder, 30 pieces of cauliflower pieces, 50 grams almonds, 2 teaspoons garam masala, 2 bay leaves, 2 cups of green peas, 100 grams of grated coconut, 1 teaspoon of ginger, taste, 2 teaspoon of salt, 200 grams of tomatoes, 2 teaspoons of tomatoes, 15 teaspoon -spoon coriander, 15 teaspoon of gram ghee.

Method: Cut the cheese into 1 inch long and half inch wide pieces. Boil cabbage and peas first. Make a paste of 4 tomatoes and finely chop the onion. Fry onion, almonds and coconut and grind it.

Now heat the ghee in the pan and fry the cheese pieces till they turn golden. Then add bay leaf to it. When the bay leaf turns brown, add ground spices, almonds, onions and coconut and fry for 10 minutes. After this, add tomato paste, cauliflower, peas and salt and let it cook on light flame. After 5 to 7 minutes your cheese korma is ready. Serve it with green coriander.
