Canara Bank Securities Recruitment 2025: Canara Bank Securities Limited (CBSL) has provided a great opportunity for the youth who want to make a career in the banking and financial sector. The company has released the recruitment notification for Trainee (Sales and Marketing) posts. The special thing is that the candidates do not need to take a written exam, but the selection will be done only based on an interview.

The company has fixed the last date of application as 6 October 2025 (till 6 pm). Candidates can apply both online and offline.

Who can apply?

Some essential qualifications have been fixed for the candidates applying for this recruitment. First of all, it is mandatory for the candidate to be a graduate in any subject and must have at least 50% marks in graduation. The age limit has been kept from 20 to 30 years, which will be implemented by counting till 31 August 2025.

Apart from this, if a candidate has experience in capital markets or financial services, then he can be given relaxation in the age limit by a maximum of 10 years, provided he submits a document certifying his experience. Also, all candidates must have basic knowledge of computers.

Selection Process
The selection process will first involve screening of the candidates' applications, after which eligible candidates will be called for an interview. The interview will be conducted online or offline, which will be decided according to the location of the candidate.

All information related to the interview will be sent to the registered email ID of the candidate. However, it is important to note that getting an interview call is not a guarantee of final selection, as document verification and eligibility check will also be done after this.

Salary and other facilities
The selected candidates will get a fixed stipend of Rs 22,000 per month. Apart from this, an additional incentive of up to Rs 2,000 will also be provided based on their performance.
