For sauce
1. First of all, mash the soaked sago so that it becomes sticky. Mix boiled potatoes, rock salt, pepper, peanuts, green chillies, ginger and arrowroot and knead it well.
2. Make small balls by applying some oil in your hand. Fry these balls on medium flame till they become golden and crisp. If you want, you can make it healthy using an air fryer or app pan.
3. Heat some ghee or oil in a pan. Add ginger and green chillies to it and fry it lightly. Now add tomato puree and cook it until its rawness is over.
4. Add rock salt, pepper, some lemon juice and honey/jaggery. Cook it for 2-3 minutes. If needed, add some water and adjust the texture of the gravy.
5. Put the prepared balls in the sauce and mix it lightly so that it is not broken. Add green coriander over the top and serve hot.
6. If you are not in the fast, then you can also add onion-garlic and soy sauce to it. It can be served in both dry or gravy ways.
