Turmeric Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder: 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
Water: to make solution
Oil or ghee: to cook cheela
Easy way to make multigrain cheela
First of all, mix all the flour (wheat, gram flour, jowar/millet) in a big pot.
Now add finely chopped vegetables, ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric and red chili powder.
Prepare a thick and smooth solution by adding a little water, in which there is no lump. Keep in mind that the solution is neither too thin nor too thick.
Now heat a non-stick griddle and apply some oil or ghee on it.
Pour the dissolve with a tablespoon on the pan and spread it in round shape, such as you make dosa or uttapam.
