Shares of Bartronics India surged over 12 per cent today amid sector-wide buying interest. The shares started the trading session in green at Rs 15.17 against the previous close of Rs 15.07 on the BSE. The counter gained further to touch the high of Rs 16.89. This is a jump of 12.08 per cent from the previous close.
Stock has been gaining for the last four days and has risen 36.06 in the period. Technically, the stock trades above the 5-day, 20-day, 50-day, 100-day, and 200-day moving averages. Stock has been highly volatile today with an intraday volatility of 6.49 per cent. Tthe rally is driven by the information shared by the company. The company has informed exchanges that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Net Zero Initiative (RenewCred). "The MoU expresses the mutual intent of both parties to explore opportunities for largescale sustainable agriculture and carbon credit generation by leveraging BIL's farmer network and Net Zero Initiative's technology platform," the filing reads. The MoU is non-binding and exploratory in nature. Earlier, the company shared details about its 33rd annual general meeting. The company has informed exchanges that the meeting will be held on September 30, 2025. The firm's successful execution of the AGM, held on Tuesday, 30th September, 2025 at 12:00 noon (IST) through Video Conference / Other Audio-Visual Means, in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), is a testament to the company's efficient management. Earlier, the 30-share BSE Sensex rallied 366.87 points to 81,154.17 in early trade. The 50-share NSE Nifty climbed 101.35 points to 24,874.50. From the Sensex firms, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Tata Consultancy Services, HCL Tech, Adani Ports and Larsen & Toubro were among the major gainers.
