Police said 30 -year -old Rajab Khan was stabbed to death in Rohini Sector 26, Delhi on 9 September 2025. Initially the incident was considered an accident, but now a detailed investigation into a suspected violent attack has begun.
The Delhi Police received a PCR call at 6:15 am to reported an accident on the Shamshanghat road, KNK route, demanding an ambulance. The caller said, “The accident has happened, injured, an ambulance is needed.” On arrival, the authorities found Khan soaked in blood and were declared dead on the spot with several knives wounds.
A motorcycle registered in the name of Khan, resident of Loni Dehat, Ghaziabad and another bike found parked in a roadside drain at the scene. Police said that slippery marks indicate the possibility of scuffle or chasing. Crime and forensic teams inspected the scene and collected evidence to find out the motive. Both sides are being investigated on the basis of personal enmity.
The incident has raised concerns about security in Rohini, as recently other violent incidents have taken place in the area. The police have registered a case and are analyzing CCTV footage and statements of witnesses to identify the suspects.
