IOCL Vacancy 2025: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has invited applications for the posts of Grade A Engineers and Officers. Eligibility

Talking about qualifications, it is mandatory to have a full-time B.Tech or B.E. degree in a related engineering field. It is mandatory to pass at least 65% in an engineering degree for the General, EWUS, and OBC categories. 10 percent marks relaxation will be given for SC, ST, and Divyang.

Talking about the age limit of General and EWUS, it is 26 years. It will be calculated from 01 July 2026. SC and ST will be given a relaxation of 5 years in the maximum age limit, and 3 years for OBC.

Selection Process

Computer-Based Test (CBT) will be conducted on 31st October. 100 objective-type questions will be asked in 150 minutes.

CBT will be divided into two parts. In which 50 questions are related to the specific domain knowledge of the candidate related to the engineering subject, and 50 questions related to general ability (which includes quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability).

Let us tell you that the candidates who pass the CBT will be called for GD and group task, in which communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills will be seen.

The last step is the personal interview. In this, technical knowledge and overall suitability will also be checked. The last merit will be prepared based on all the marks of Last (85 percent), GD / GT (5 percent), and PI (10 percent).
