DDA Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana: It is everyone's dream to have their own house and if you get your own house in a city like Delhi, then this dream becomes even bigger. The prices of houses in Delhi are very expensive and there are not many options available. Therefore, it is not easy for common people to get a house here. But Delhi Development Authority i.e. DDA has launched a new scheme.

Where will you get flats and how much will it cost?
According to DDA, flats have been built in seven different areas of Delhi. These include areas like Narela, Rohini, Loknayakpuram, Dwarka, Todapur and Mangalapuri. Under this scheme, the maximum 672 flats are in Narela. Whose price has been kept from around 9 lakh to 27 lakh rupees. At the same time, 97 flats of Janta category are available in Rohini, whose price has been fixed at Rs 14.59 lakh.
Flats between Rs 29 to 32 lakh have also been built in Loknayakpuram. All flats will be booked on first come, first serve basis. Buyers will get complete information and details of the flat directly on the DDA portal. This will maintain transparency and people will be able to choose the flat of their choice themselves.
What is the registration and booking process?
To apply in DDA's Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana 2025, first of all you have to go to DDA's official housing website https://eservices.dda.org.in. After filling the online form here, it is necessary to deposit a fee of Rs 2500. If an applicant is already registered on the portal, he will not need to pay this fee again. After the registration is complete, the next step is to book the flat.
For booking, Rs 50,000 will have to be deposited for each flat. This rule is applicable to both categories i.e. EWS and Janta category flats. The entire process is online, so people will not need to visit the office separately. One just has to go to the portal on time and complete the application and payment. So that the opportunity to get a house on first come, first served basis is not lost.
